Funnylizer is a web-site Jive Filter, which distorts the web pages using jargon, so they sound funny.
The idea is very similar to Snoop Dogg's
shizollator from asksnoop.com.
Asksnoop is down and it wasn't rendering the web pages correctly.
The decision was to make something similar but a little bit better.
- First idea was to make web-pages rendered correctly, make them browsable, keeping all the styles, flashes, and scripts intact.
- Second idea was not to emphasize on "-izzle" accent, but to make the text fun mixing different slangs in all possible ways. Each slang has some funny constructions, emphasizing on one slang would be losing others.
